About OdenteQ
What is OdenteQ?
OdenteQ is cloud dental clinic management software for Egypt and the Middle East. It runs appointments, the front desk, dental charting, patient records, billing, doctor commissions, lab fees, stock and reports in one system.
Who is OdenteQ for?
Dental clinics with one chair or many, with one doctor or a team of doctors on different contracts. It is used by reception, assistants, doctors and owners.
Is OdenteQ made in Egypt?
Yes. It was built inside a working dental clinic in Cairo, then opened to other clinics.
Is the software in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen works in Arabic and English. Patient forms and prescriptions can be in Arabic.
Price and setup
How much does OdenteQ cost?
The price depends on the size of your clinic. Book a demo and we will send you a price.
What happens after I sign up?
We set up your doctors, rooms, treatments, prices, payment methods and staff accounts before your first day.
Can you move my existing patients?
Yes. We import your patient list and balances from Excel or your old system when we set up your clinic.
Do you train our staff?
Yes. We train your team and stay available during the first weeks. Every clinic also gets a full user manual.
Devices and internet
Do I need to install anything?
No. OdenteQ runs in the browser on Windows, Mac, iPad, Android tablets and phones.
Does it need internet?
Yes. It is cloud software. A phone on mobile data is enough to keep working if the clinic line drops.
Can several people use it at the same time?
Yes. Every screen updates live, so reception, assistants and doctors see the same patients at the same moment.
Clinical
Does it have a dental chart?
Yes. An odontogram with permanent and primary teeth, surfaces and tooth conditions, with FDI or Universal numbering.

Yes. Your own medicine list with default directions per treatment in Arabic and English, allergy warnings, numbered prescriptions that print and save in the patient file.
Can I store X-rays and scans?
Yes. X-rays and photos attach to the patient and to a tooth. STL and PLY intraoral scans open in a 3D viewer in the browser. Direct connection to X-ray sensors is on our roadmap.

Yes. On a tablet in the waiting room, in Arabic or English, with a signature. Allergies and conditions become alerts on the patient file.
Money
Can it calculate doctor commissions?
Yes. Each doctor can be on a salary, a percentage or a profit share. Commissions are calculated from what patients actually paid, minus lab fees, in a monthly closing.
Which payment methods does it support?
Cash, card, bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay and any method you add. Method fees can be added on top of what the patient pays.
Does it support instalments?
Yes. Patients can pay over many visits. Each treatment is charged once and the running balance is tracked per doctor.
Does it track lab fees?
Yes. Lab fees are recorded per case, and the monthly closing shows what each lab is owed.
Patients and bookings
Does it send WhatsApp confirmations?
Yes. The day before, reception confirms tomorrow’s patients from one list. Each WhatsApp button opens a ready message in the patient’s language, sent from the clinic’s own number.
Can patients book online?
Yes, with the clinic website add-on. Bookings land in your calendar for reception to confirm.
Security and data
Who can see our patient data?
Only your clinic’s staff, and each person only sees what their role allows. Every change is recorded in the activity log.
Is our data kept apart from other clinics?
Yes. Each clinic’s data is separated at the database level. Staff of one clinic can never reach another clinic’s data.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours. You can export patient files and lists whenever you want, and we never sell or share your data.
