Every contract type
In most Egyptian and Gulf clinics, doctors are not all paid the same way. OdenteQ supports each doctor on their own model: a fixed salary, a percentage of what their patients paid, or a share of what is left after the clinic’s costs. You set it once per doctor.
Paid on money received
Commissions are calculated from what patients actually paid, not from what was billed. Lab fees come off first, so the doctor and the clinic share the lab cost fairly. A doctor can see the exact list behind their number: every payment, the treatments on that visit, the lab fee and their share.
The monthly closing, step by step
- Doctors on percentage. Each doctor’s cases, money collected, lab fees, net and earnings. Confirm the payout, change it with a comment if needed, print it.
- Salaries and recurring costs. Salaries, rent and other monthly costs, filled in with their usual amounts and editable for this month.
- Labs. What each lab charged through your patients, what you paid and what you still owe. Pay the lab from here.
- Partners and profit share. Revenue minus expenses, salaries and commissions gives what is left, then each partner’s share.
- Summary. Money in and out per payment method, and how much should be in each cash drawer and account. Finish the closing.
Doctors see their own earnings
Each doctor has a My earnings page with their own numbers for each month. They see only their own figures. Salaries and payouts stay hidden from other staff.
Safe to change your mind
A closing can be reopened. If a confirmed payout’s numbers change later (for example a payment was corrected), OdenteQ warns you to re-confirm it.
