How OdenteQ started
OdenteQ began as the in-house system of a busy dental clinic in Cairo. The clinic had tried paper files, Excel and foreign software. None of them handled doctors on percentage, payments over many visits, lab fees per case or patients who confirm on WhatsApp. So the clinic built its own.
Receptionists, assistants, doctors and the owner used it every day and asked for changes. The front desk, the monthly closing, the stock forecasts and the pricing advice all came from those requests. In 2026 we opened it to other clinics as OdenteQ.
What we believe
- Enter it once. A booking becomes a visit, the visit becomes a bill, the bill becomes the doctor’s commission. Nobody should type the same thing twice.
- Fewest taps. Clinics are busy. Every screen is built to be fast on a phone at the chair.
- Plain numbers. Owners should know what the clinic keeps each month without an accountant.
- Your data is yours. Each clinic’s data is kept apart from every other clinic. We never sell or share it, and you can export it whenever you want.
