Charge each treatment once

When a treatment is done, it is billed. If the patient pays part today and the rest over the next visits, OdenteQ keeps the running balance and shows what each payment pays for. Extra money is kept as credit. You will not charge a patient twice for the same crown.

Balances per doctor

Each patient has a balance with each doctor who treated them, with the full history behind it. The Balances list shows everyone who still owes money. Potential earnings shows treatment that was planned but not done yet, so you know what to follow up.

Every payment method you use

Cash, card, bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or any method you add, each with its own logo. If a method has a fee (for example 1% on a wallet), OdenteQ adds it on top of what the patient pays, so it never comes out of the doctor’s or the clinic’s share.

Lab fees per case

Set a default lab and lab fee on each treatment. When the work is billed, the lab fee is recorded with the case. At the end of the month you see what each lab is owed, what you already paid and the list of cases.

Today and every day

The Today tab shows a card per payment method with today’s total, plus today’s expenses. Transactions shows the full history with filters. Corrections are allowed only for the people you choose, and every change is in the activity log.

Expenses with categories

Record expenses as materials, lab, salaries, rent, utilities, equipment and more. Categories feed the monthly closing and the cost reports.

FAQ

Questions

Yes. A patient can pay a treatment over many visits. The balance and what each payment covers are tracked for you.

Can I use Egyptian pounds and local wallets?

Yes. You set the clinic currency and your payment methods, including Vodafone Cash and InstaPay.

Does it issue e-invoices to the tax authority?

Not at the moment. OdenteQ records payments and prints receipts and statements, but it is not connected to an e-invoicing system.
