Deducted when the work is done
Link materials to treatments once: a composite filling uses composite, bond and a matrix band. When the treatment is marked done, the materials come off the shelf. Items used per patient (gloves, bibs) come off per visit. Items like tissues or cleaning products are estimated per day.
It learns your real use
Every delivery and every shelf count teaches OdenteQ how much you really use. It compares that with the patients you saw and adjusts. If your recipes say one thing and the shelf says another, it suggests the fix.
Know what to order, and when
Each item shows days left and an order by date, taking into account how long the supplier takes and a safety margin. The Suggested list groups everything you need in the next week by supplier. Send the order on WhatsApp in Arabic with one tap, then receive it when it arrives, including partial deliveries.
Expiry and equipment
Record lot numbers and expiry dates. OdenteQ shows what is about to expire. Track equipment too: purchase price, expected life, service dates, repairs and warranty.
Stock in the money reports
Purchases are recorded as expenses in the right category. The cost reports show material cost per treatment, what was used and what was wasted in the last 30 days.
